An accomplished, results-driven Chief Executive Officer, healthcare administrator, advisor, and Army Medical Services Corp veteran, Michael brings over 15 years of versatile experience. He specializes in delivering fiscal, strategic, and turnaround leadership across diverse sectors, from for-profits and nonprofits to private equity firms and international businesses.
Sharon Myers
A Johns Hopkins University alumna, Sharon has 25+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia and the US across current clinical risk, patient safety, accreditation, and organizational systems. A certified mentor and author, she was the consultant to the Makkah Region Quality for 9 years, advising the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).
Toni Parks
A healthcare expert with 25+ years’ experience in outpatient clinical documentation, integrity, risk adjustment, process design, and provider/coder education, Toni helps providers improve documentation for better payments, compliance, and quality. Her expertise spans HEDIS, compliance, medical/surgical group practice, EMS in direct patient care, and project management. She's also an avid traveler and ESL teacher.
Paula M. Hall
Bringing 40+ years of diverse global healthcare experience in clinical and non-clinical settings in the US, UAE, KSA and MENA, Paula excels in hospital commissioning, turnaround management, project leadership, and facility design and restructuring. Her expertise extends to processes, staff development, and quality management, ensuring outstanding patient care and revenue growth.
Engr. Zeshan Mustafa
With 12+ years’ experience across healthcare, construction, oil and gas, and hospitality sectors regionally and globally, Engr. Zeshan brings vast expertise in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Executive Management, Environment of Care, Accreditation Preparation, Survey Processes, and Performance Improvement, and holds GCC-level accreditations.
Jason White
A globally minded consultant, and strategic advisor with vast experience in business and project development, Jason excels at identifying opportunities and helping companies grow and improve by optimizing strategies to achieve and exceed targets, delivering exceptional results. Operating across multiple sectors, he leverages his experience, network, and proven track record in MENA as a consultant, special liaison, and vice-president of a local investment company.
